{"id":56170,"date":"2026-09-22T01:25:26","date_gmt":"2026-09-22T01:25:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cp.snarskis.lt\/index.php\/2026\/09\/22\/fintechos-raises-28m-in-equity-and-debt\/"},"modified":"2026-09-22T01:25:26","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T01:25:26","slug":"fintechos-raises-28m-in-equity-and-debt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cp.snarskis.lt\/index.php\/2026\/09\/22\/fintechos-raises-28m-in-equity-and-debt\/","title":{"rendered":"FintechOS raises $28M in equity and debt"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"single-post-content\">\n<p>Romania-founded startup <a href=\"https:\/\/fintechos.com\/\">FintechOS<\/a>, which provides<br \/>\nAI and software services for banks and insurance firms, has raised $28m in equity and debt<br \/>\nfunding from its current investors, it said today.<\/p>\n<p>The 2017-founded startup, which is headquartered in<br \/>\nLondon and also has offices in Bucharest and New York, has received equity funding<br \/>\nfrom its existing investors, including Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners and<br \/>\nMolten Ventures, alongside a debt facility from Santander Corporate Investment<br \/>\nBanking.\n<\/p>\n<p>FintechOS has raised more than $150m in total. It says it will use the funding to expand in the<br \/>\nUS, help it win more European clients, and scale up its AI tech.<\/p>\n<p>FintechOS is a B2B software firm\u00a0that helps<br \/>\nbanks and insurance firms launch and manage financial products without them<br \/>\nhaving to replace their core items, acting as a tech layer on top of banking<br \/>\nand insurance systems, providing AI and other tech services.<\/p>\n<p>The startup said it had reached profitability in<br \/>\nthe first half of 2026, driven by US growth, it said.
